- Loose tube is made of a high Young¡¯s modulus plastic and filled with water-resistant filling compound.
- A FRP locates in the center of core as a strength member.
- Tubes (and fillers) are stranded around the strength member into a co***ct and circular cable core.
- What outside the cable core is a layer of Aramid-fiber yarn as overall strength member
- Between Aramid fiber yarn and cable core, water-blocking material is applied to keep the cable watertight.
- The cable is completed with a polyethylene (PE) sheath.
