1. The fibers dyed different colors, either single-mode or multi-mode, are positioned in a loose tube.
2. The loose tube is made of a high modulus plastic and filled with a water-resistant filling compound.
3. A steel wire locates in the center of core as a metallic strength member.
4. Tubes (and fillers) are stranded around the strength member into a co***ct and circular cable core.
5. Between inner sheath and cable core, water-blocking materials are applied to keep the cable watertight.
6. The cable core is covered with a thin PE inner sheath..
7. A layer of water-blocking tape is laid outside of the PE inner sheath.
8. The armour is longitudinally applied over the inner sheath and water-blocking material.
9. After extruding outer sheath, the cable is completed
